Massage Treatment Menu
Massage sessions are available from 30 minutes to 2 hour and during consultation we dive into your needs, activities, how you spend your day and how you're feeling to assess how we use our time.
Sessions are an amazing opportunity to relax, have some time out, focus on yourself and really home in on how your body is feeling while calming the mind.
30 minute and 45 minute sessions are more focused sessions. we may concentrate on a head massage, legs and feet, back/neck and shoulders or face as examples.
60 minutes to 2 hour session allow for full body massage or very focused upper body work.
In each selection we design a massage specifically relating to your bodies needs on the day.

A menu has also been designed specifically to look after the feet with some added touches to your massage session to really ease and calm. You will leave the therapy room floating.
Sessions are massage dedicated to the lower body or there is also the option to book with a foot bath, exfoliate and wrap using the beautiful Evolve or Elim products.

Sessions can be booked from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and during your consultation we dive into your needs, activities, how you spend your day and how you’re feeling to assess how we use our time.

Leg And Foot Treatments
